Training services

Computer-based business simulation training. Our simulations create challenging and inspirational management training. The simulations do not assume that you have any specific technology, and do not require you to use Workware™. The training is generic and is of benefit to any organisation looking to increase the skills of its front line operations managers.

Strategic operations management training. Using shortened versions of the simulation training and more traditional workshop methods, this provides senior managers with an insight into the strategic role that operations management has to play within the overall business strategy.

Workware™ training. We offer a range of training courses - from beginner to master class - to Workware™ users. Whether you are just starting out on your AOM journey or looking for a refresher, we are here to help.

Facilitator training. We routinely train internal consultants and implementation teams to take on the mantle of internal AOM champions. We provide a mix of Workware™ installation and AOM implementation training, backed up by coaching in change management skills. Many people have found facilitator training to be a great introduction to the world of internal consulting.
