Training & Accreditation

To make the transition to an ‘active’ management approach as successful as possible, AOMi offer a suite of training courses. These not only embed the method at all levels of the organisation but are being developed to provide a formally recognised qualification. Additional to the traditional training approach, comprehensive online training is available in the Learning Zone of the AOM Academy.

Foundation Courses:

Designed to give managers and executives across an organisation a grounding in the AOM methodology (and in most cases, use of Workware™), these courses include our computer-based business simulation (SIM) training which is a challenging and inspirational management development experience.

The simulation does not assume that you have any specific technology, and does not require you to use Workware™. The training is generic and is of benefit to any organisation looking to increase the skills of its front line operations managers.

Implementation Skills:

We routinely train internal consultants and implementation teams to take on the mantle of internal AOM champions. We provide a mix of Workware™ installation and AOM implementation training, backed up by coaching in change management skills. Continuing Development:

Aimed at managers already familiar with the basics of AOM, or staff who are new to or changing roles within organisations which have already adopted the AOM approach, these courses are designed to extend knowledge and further develop individual operational management skills.
