Service Operations Management Qualification

In conjunction with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), AOMi are able to provide students with an accredited “Qualifications and Credit Framework” (QCF) certificate upon completion of the accreditation programme. AOMi is an approved centre for ILM which allows us to deliver the ILM Level 3 Certificate in “Using Active Operations Management in the Workplace” as part of an AOM implementation.

The certificate provides front line leaders with transportable capabilities ensuring they are recognised for their operations management skills. Taking roughly six months following completion of an AOM implementation it provides an incentive for the staff to sustain the best practices of AOM ensuring the performance improvements are maintained and increased. In turn organisations will have the confidence of a qualification that is transportable across sectors when developing existing staff or seeking talent from the market place.
