The Method

At the core of Active Operations Management is the ongoing process of balancing workload and resources. This involves forecasting future workload, planning the immediate deployment of resources to best meet service and quality requirements, monitoring performance against plan to respond to new challenges, and subsequently reviewing performance and planning improvements.
