Skills transfer

We are proud of the growing network of organisations that have built their operations management approach around AOM and Workware™, and it is very common for new customers to visit one of the companies who have been applying the AOM principles for five or more years.

The reasons that AOM is more than just a 'flash in the pan' for so many organisations who take it up are varied. They include, of course, the internal commitment of the key people in the organisation itself. Other reasons include the structure and rigour of the methodology and the attention we have paid to skills transfer.

Our methodology has been researched and developed for over 10 years and continues to be refined as the community of AOM practitioners grows. We see codifying and communicating this methodology as being one of our key responsibilities. We achieve this by providing:

High impact computer-based simulation training that gives managers a grounding in all aspects of operations management.

A complete documentation set. We regularly receive positive feedback on the quality of our Workware™ manuals which do a lot more than just tell you which buttons to push - they provide a structured guide through first the implementation process and then the process of working with Workware™. We have guides for team leaders, senior managers, facilitators and for technical staff.

Implementation training in larger organisations, so that much of the roll out of AOM is taken in-house, supported by us.

You will find that, when working with us, we never forget that it is your organisation and your solution. AOM will help you to achieve a transformation in your management processes and, most importantly, it will be a transformation that lasts.

The reasons that AOM is more than just a 'flash in the pan' ... include the structure and rigour of the methodology and the attention we have paid to skills transfer.
