Remote diagnostics. For Workware™ users who take advantage of our hosted solution we can - with your permission - access your data and provide you with remote diagnostics and coaching. Are any teams failing to exploit their full potential? Are some of the core disciplines slipping? We can provide you with graphical analysis and 'watch lists' to help you make the most of your AOM implementation for years to come.

Systems integration. For some organisations, Workware™ is now becoming an information hub, drawing data from workflow systems, agent schedulers, ACDs, personnel systems and the like. Workware™ has also been integrated into 'slice and dice' reporting tools to provide one of the key components of an organisation's full balanced score card. Workware's SQL architecture makes it very amenable to integration with existing systems. This means you can add our state of the art capacity planning tools to your overall system, without having to jettison your existing investment in workflow and telephony.
