About usThe Active Operations Management (AOM) methodology, training services and support tools were developed and refined over 10 years by the Organisation Consultancy Partnership, a premier UK-based consultancy. Based on growing market demand for more tangible, demonstrable results in clerical operations, AOM International was established in January 2005. AOM North America and AOM Australasia soon followed to provide a regional presence in the key global markets. This corporate structure has further enabled the rapid adoption of AOM worldwide.
